Sofiya is a native of Russia who is intimately familiar with the workings of Eastern European adoptive systems, Sofiya and her staff accompany prospective parents and assist in the finalization of the adoption.

Laura Ellman
Laura Ellman, MSW, LSW, received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Colgate University and her Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Connecticut. In her position of Clinical Director, Laura provides expert assistance and guidance to prospective adoptive parents throughout the adoption process.
